My home insurance is coming up for renewal and my insurance company is requesting a letter from a licensed roofing contractor indicating the life expectancy of my roof. I called RTS Roofing and they said that was not something that they did, even though I of course expected to pay them for this service. When I told the person I was talking to that I would check them off the list for whenever I needed some roofing work done, he chuckled and said ok.
I then called Alden Roofing in Pflugerville and they said they of course would do it for me and would be here within 20 minutes. Needless to say, when I do have to have some roofing work done, Alden Roofing will be my first choice.
