One day I noticed some shingles were loose and remembered that RTS Roofing had installed the roof about 10 years ago. With what you hear about roofers, I was surprised the were still around, even though they did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything after themselves .
I called and Ed answered the phone. He remembered doing the job and said he would be out the day after tomorrow. He showed up with some shingles and climbed up in the 45 degree roof. When he got up there he noticed a few more spots where the shingles were loose. He told me that he needed needed more shingles to fix the spots. He said he would have some men come out in 2 days with the materials needed. They appeared when promised and completed the repairs, even replacing some of the ridge and replacing a spot where a tree limb had rubbed the roof. (They even trimmed the tree limb so it would not happen for quite a while.) They cleaned up again and missed nothing.
When I asked what I owed him he said he would cover it under warranty (after 10 years) and only asked that I post a review.
I happily post this review of the job done by RTS on my 45 degree roof. The original roof replacement was done in a craftsman like manner, done when promised and when they left you could not tell they had been there. When I called after 10 years they were here in two days and when they discovered additional repairs they got additional material and came back in two days and finished the same day. Again RTS completed the job in the highest quality manner and cleaned the area as they had done previously.
I cannot recall when a company did an outstanding job initially and matched that level of performance doing repairs 10 years later.
If you want a high quality roofing job, done when promised and leaving nothing that would evidence that they had been there. And will be around to take care of any problems (even 10 years later), call RTS.
